30 days to reflect on mortgage offer - what happens after that?

    Hi everyone,

Let's suppose I have a loan offer from a bank. It says I have the statutory right to reflect on it for 30 days. It also says that the offer is valid for six months.

After the 30-day period of "reflection", has anything changed? The offer is valid for another fives months after that... so should I care about the 30-day period?

    Thanks
