I don't get charged atm fees

Hello,

I don't get charged atm fees with bank of Ireland. Anyone know why? I get a message every month that I have no fees because I kept 3k in my account but googling doesn't tell me this is a benefit offered.

Any ideas?

you maintain a minimum credit balance of €3,000 in your
current account throughout the full fee quarter.

Lucky, I seem to get charged through the nose for absolutely everything with BOI.
