I was branded a Trumper within a few hours of my first post because I acknowledged that while Trump is a horrible person, he has done some good as President. You know who will pop up shortly with one of his trademark innocent questions that are always a trap, "what good has Trump done as President"? (I'm not allowed to say that, anyone who doesn't thoroughly condemn every word that comes out of his mouth is a Trump supporter).

I also said that I thought Biden had early stages of dementia and that if he does win, he won't see the end of his term and we will see the first female President. (I'm also not allowed to suggest that Biden has dementia. Anyone who says anything negative about Biden is a Trump supporter).

Judging by your posts you have dementia imo

    clarification

I am not attacking the poster, I am making a point that imo he has dementia due to the things he posts and the way he posts them, the same as he can claim Biden has (in his opinion) dementia due to minor faults in his speeches.

Well you've created a few strawman arguments here. A telltale sign of a trump supporter.

Your first is to state that anyone who doesn't condemn every word that comes out of his mouth is a trump supporter. This isn't the case. I've agreed with some of the things he has done and said but I don't consider myself a supporter though I could probably count those positives on one hand.

Your second strawman argument is that anyone who says anything negative about Biden is a Trump supporter. Thats evidenntly false. Plenty of us slammed him on this very thread for his comments relating to blacks supporting him and his inappropriate actions towards women in the past.

Trumps supporters love to play the victim like this though, they also love to take the most extreme example of the anti Trumpers on twitter and elsewhere and use that as an example of what all those who oppose trump think. It makes it easier if you can pigeonhole the opposition.

I would like to know what good you think he's done as president though? I'm not saying he hasn't done any. But I don't anything that he has done has earned him a second term, or even provided enough reason for any sound-of-mind person to think that a second term for him is better than giving Biden a shot.

I'm not making strawman arguments. I'm just stating what happened within the first day of me posting in this thread. I gave a balanced view of both candidates, both good and bad.

But because I had said some positive things about Trump and some negative things about Biden (never mind that I also said negative things about Trump and positive things about Biden), I was immediately insulted and called a Trump supporter.

Much like I have been in the 2 posts since my last one.

Yes you are. At least be honest and own it.

    They don’t care. Easy.
If they didn't care they wouldn't be doing it.

But you did make strawman arguments, they're highlighted in black and white right here in your post. If you read back over the thread you can see thats not what happened.

What have you seen from him that would make you think a second term from Trump is better than giving Biden a shot?

You are attacking the poster and you've no basis for your comment either.
Joe Biden said he met Deng Xiaoping in Paris, the man died 20+ years ago, he called Corey Booker the President.
I could go on and on with examples but I'd like to hear you explain away those two as nothing.

But I have as much right to make the claim as you do on the evidence provided

The bolded part is factually incorrect if you watch the video, and the second part he clearly meant to say Xi Xinping. You seem to think that Biden actually, truely, genuinely believes that he met Deng Xiaoping in Paris in 2016 and that Corey Booker is running for president this year. The guy has a stammer. I had a stammer. Do you know what that's like? Sometimes we mix up words or can't talk properly. I got treatment from a young age and overcame mine. When Biden was young there was no treatment.

Just out of the blue someone asked “Joe who is the President of the United States” Joe answered back “Corey Booker?” Or is there more context to add.

I don’t think there is much context to explain those apparent motor control failures. Maybe dentures on the latter.

So you are not going to address my comments regarding Biden.
And I don't understand why you are bringing up Trump, I'm not even talking about him and I keep saying he is the worst POTUS in history.
I'm talking about Biden, the other candidate looking to be POTUS.

Well he’s just giving the straightest answer to these concerns, whether you support Trump or not: ‘it’s Biden or it’s Trump.’ You could say it’s the “yeah but her emails” of 2020, but to be fair- have you seen Trump?

    Is Biden perfect?

    Hell no!

    Is he better than Trump?

    Hell yes!

I don't believe I quoted you. Did you respond by mistake.
I'm not really interested in your take. You are biased beyond belief and full of hate.
I despise Trump but it doesn't mean making up stuff or becoming a wild conspiracy theorist like you. I've no respect for people who do those things.

I will comment on whatever the fcuk I want thank you very much. Bless your heart. If it upsets you take your back and forth to PM is all I can suggest. It’s a privately ran public forum with a low bar to register.

What in the world are you accusing me of “making up?” Challenge.

I never seen you say that. There's no blinders on me. I just wanted a better democrat candidate is all.

It appears democrats and the Left have gone from Orange Man Bad to White Man Bad. Are they purposely trying to throw this election? Forget Trump's obnoxious behavior, the Left are turning the election and the discussion into one of unparalleled hate and disgust. I used to think democrats and the Left had good hearts, were passionate, but just misguided. Now I'm not so sure. We are in for a terrible five months ahead of us. And if Trump wins I'm afraid the Left will tear this country apart. We may be witnessing the beginning of a second Civil War. Can one have a war (which usually demands a winner and loser) without bloodshed?

You can ignorantly accuse me of "whataboutism," but what it really is involves identifying similar scenarios in order to see if it holds up when the shoe is on the other foot!

Who or what is the left?

That whole anonymous releasing info about Trump turned out to be rubbish

There was some other group threatening to publish "secret information " too. They also got laughed at.

Trump still didn't have to show his tax returns.

Nothing in the Russian connection allegations has stuck either.

By "the left" do you mean Democrats who are bought and paid for by Wall St., big pharma et al? Joe Biden is an arch corporate Dem, he doesn't want to change anything really. Hilary was the same. Bill Clinton was more of a real conservative than most Republicans; DOMA, repealed Glass–Steagall.

Obama wasn't very left either. The most left wing policy he supported was Obamacare, which was a free market solution to helping uninsured people. No Socialist or Social Democrat would ever propose such a solution. It was actually the policy of Bob Dole when he ran for president against Clinton.

The Democrats aren't some bunch of radical revolutionaries and Joe Biden is more middle of the road than anyone. The radical left in the US holds zero power. Even the soft left, Bernie etc., is a minor influence.

But then you know this and still indulge in the hyperbole.

I think if Trump wins we will then have impeachment 2.0. And it could really get out of control if the Dems hold the House and take the Senate.

I see tonight they announced that the Tulsa rally was moving to the day after Juneteenth, seems a sensible decision.

Business Insider reporters talked to 255 protesters across the US. The majority were white. Every single one said they would vote for Biden.

In a Monmouth poll, 71% of white respondents said that racism is a big problem in the US, up from 51% in 2015.

It's pretty clearly a "wild conspiracy" to claim Biden has dementia... His stupid gaffes have been going on for decades. Also I've slip ups where I've used a wrong name because for whatever reason, I happened to have that name in my head. I was in a work meeting yesterday and was referring to two work colleagues, forgot the name of the second one. It was way more pronounced as I tried to figure it out because I used to have a stutter. Must have dementia.

Its elderly abuse, Joe should be at home watching TV and looking at photos of his grand children, Trump will eat him alive in the debates, that is if the Dems dont worm their way out of them, i doubt we will be lucky enough to see any debates this election, Joe is clearly getting worse each time he is allowed out by his handlers, a vote for Joe is really a vote to make his VP the president, so who will he choose? My money is on Michell Obama.
