Any state or city that voted Trump in the last election is 100% going to vote Trump again, and you just know many Blue states/cities will now be voting Trump as well.
Trump has to do nothing, let the Dems keep on virtue signalling about disbanding the police and so on, the public will vote Trump in huge numbers.
Then we have the debates, you just know the Dems will do anything to try and prevent them from happening, Trump will eat Biden alive if they do debate.

only if they are not very bright. there is no comparison between registering for a rally with no intention of going and committing voter fraud. something that trump and others in his circle have actually done.
