Joe Biden has done more to destroy the #MeToo movement than anyone else possibly could.

    EXbu8ZpUEAETK0F?format=jpg&name=small

And now the buffoon is claiming once president he'll reverse the recent Title IX rule that goes back to giving due process to those accused of campus sexual assaults, and once again make them guilty until proven innocent. Does this dumbass not realize that under the cause he is championing Joe’s GUILTY in the Tara Reade sexual abuse claim, and must PROVE his innocence?

You can ignorantly accuse me of "whataboutism," but what it really is involves identifying similar scenarios in order to see if it holds up when the shoe is on the other foot!

Is Joe Biden confusing Covid-19 with what he was trying to have / do to Tara Reade.....Intercourse Joe...

The Dems are showing how little Respect they have for the Office of President when they are putting a Man in this Condition forward as their Candidate ! ! !:eek:

He was. Because it was two sensible men civilly discussing politics and important stuff like healthcare. The "nastiest" stuff was about Bernie outspending him and Biden talking about cutting social security. A debate the way they should be.

Trump is going to bring up Biden being a rapist, Biden being senile, Hunter Biden banging his brothers widow and so on. Different playing field.
Trump actually like the cut and Thrust. Biden trousers will be around his ankles before he knows what hits him ! !:D:D

I've been reading so many articles (print and internet) recently about the Never Trumpers: groups of Republicans who are campaigning against Trump for a second term.

Very interesting read. I would predict their are many of them out there, just not publicizing it, the silent majority if you will.

They remind me of numbers of the people who came out and voted for same sex marriage and for the removal of the 8th amendment in Ireland.

I am calling it now. Biden will beat Trump. He will beat him in the debates (we all know that intoning wronnnnnnngg is not really debating, and the moderators will be ready for it) and he will beat him at the polling stations.

I wouldn’t bet the House on it. The Democrats know how to lose even from a good position. Don’t underestimate the democrats ability to lose. They managed to lose the last time despite all the odds being in their favour ! !

Jesus...how deluded can one person be....there is no comparison...you are just admiring yourself in your mirror is all.

Have you ever read any articles that were positive about Trump, or about Democrats who are having difficulties with the Democratic political direction?

I agree. The complacency amongst democrats is long gone. Many assumed Hillary would win last time, others were sore over Bernie not getting the nomination and some went with the third candidate as a protest vote.

This time round, it's more about getting rid of the cancer that is Trump, rather than anything else. Not to disparage Biden at all, but for many, a hamster could run against Trump and win this year.

Poll after poll show that he is toxic, particularly for women voters and if they come out in big enough numbers, particularly in those all important swing states, he is toast come November.

His base will always vote for him, however, he won't have picked up many undecideds/swing voters over the last 4 years and indeed will have lost many voters who went for him in 2016. It's Biden's election to lose, imo.

The feeling of Blue No Matter Who and Anyone But Trump is strong in the US.

There are people out there who are sorely regretting voting Trump, that what he promised did not materialize (the working class/rust belt/the teachers/the nurses).

There are people out there appalled with his stupidity and seeing his management of the coronavirus - the denials (it is a hoax), it will disappear etc etc

For what it is worth, Trump is a terrible President for us here in Ireland, so I don't want the man to win....the lunatic would/has been actively canvassing American companies to keep their investments and jobs in America so more Americans can get decent jobs....which to be fair was reflected in jobs growth over there over the last 3 years.

But I'd have expected a much more polished candidate with some kind of clear platform...do you think Biden is it? A yesterdays man if ever there was one?

Flynn cleared, of course, but yet we were all told it was just a 'right wing conspiracy theory' that there was no legitimate reason for Comey to send FBI officials to the White House to interview him.

Barr just getting warmed up of course and when the American people slowly begin to see what really went on in 2016/2017, might make them think twice about voting more democrats into office.

There's a whole lot less Never-Trumpers than there were, but the media wants us to believe they matter. The media is grasping at straws.

The problems with the polls that show Biden ahead of Trump is it's a national poll. Biden could very well get the popular vote but that's not what wins elections. The electoral vote does. Unless something drastically changes in the status quo Trump may have already won.

And the only thing Biden will win in the debates (if he even makes it to the debates) is sympathy for being a dithering old fool because he's incapable of staying on track and actually answering a question.

You can ignorantly accuse me of "whataboutism," but what it really is involves identifying similar scenarios in order to see if it holds up when the shoe is on the other foot!

I do think Biden is it. Do I think there is better than Biden? sure. Do I think there is worse? absolutely.

Do I think Biden is a career politician who can do the job? Big time. Without a doubt. 100%

Do I think he's the strongest Democratic candidate? Nope. But he's safe, he's seasoned and he's not a woman with strong opinions. He's a middle of the road white man and that'll do for now.

However, his strongest selling point, imo, is simply that he's not Trump.

Hmmm, deprogramming or exorcism... I can perform both. (j/k). I guess it is as much a quandary to me as to why you can support Biden as it is to you why I can support Trump. I guess that's what makes the world go round.

Wasn't that Hillarys strongest selling point too?

Trump hadn't had 4 years to fluck everything up when Hillary was running. She had her own baggage too and I still don't think the U.S is ready to elect a female president. Yet.

The economy was booming up until 2 months ago....employment was at it's highest ever....that is what Americans care about the most.

Didn't they say that Americans wouldn't elect a black man as well....they got that wrong...I think Americans will elect a female President, but I predict she will be a Republican one.

They also said they wouldn't elect a Donald Trump....they got that wrong as well.

Maybe. But with hindsight, it emerged (imo) that the USA was/is just not ready for a female President

Sometimes I fear that the USA will not be ready for this in my lifetime :(

Biden is actually worse that that. The Democrats must be trying to outdo Trump.

Don’t underestimate the Democrats ability to lose. Remember 2016 ! !

What gives you the impression Americans care about the genitals of the candidate?

Maybe they just had enough of the Clintons.

I hope you don't lose any sleep over that fear or it causes you distress because I believe it is unfounded....I can't understand how anyone could be that concerned over the genitals of a President...it's weird.

You must have loved Thatcher!!! Given that her reign had a much greater impact on us here in Ireland.

Well, the liberals do tbf, they're obsessed which such irrelevance.

Everything is about gender, sexuality and colour to them.

Look at this dope for example:

2016 was perfect storm with Russian interference and Comey's opening email investigation two weeks before election so the media talked about nothing else in the last 10 days but "her emails".

Clinton still only lost by a combined 80k in three states despite that even though the media had given Trump thousands of hours of free advertising during campaign while his opponents be they Republican or Democrat got little

    https://twitter.com/emorwee/status/735894520693460993

Unseating a sitting president is extremely difficult. It's only happened twice since 1930 and the media's infatuation with Trump will make it that more difficult again.

    It's not a competition

What an odd reply. You seem focused on whataboutery as a means of deflection.

Besides, isn't that the "most people think of rape as sexy" interview?

Would have thought most people (even anti-Trumpers) would want to forget that one.

Her accusation is actually credible, and it is relevant as Joe Biden has promised to reverse Devos's recent changes to the Title IX regulations affording young accused men of due process on college campuses...something CNN calls controversial!!!

    https://edition.cnn.com/2020/05/06/politics/education-secretary-betsy-devos-title-ix-regulations/index.html

Under those same standards Biden would be toast.

The Democrats have dug this hole for themselves.
