SF is a vote for green diesel, kneecappings, organised crime, and massive taxation for the working Joe.

I've met and spoken with Mary Lou and Gerry , and they are really really nice people.
I had great craic with them, but no way would I vote for them.

    Is that you Leo?

The way Brian Dobson treated Mary Lou in that interview has made my mind up. What a bully he is, his whole demeanour in the interview was aggressive compared to Leo and martins interview. RTE are shameless really, no attempt whatsoever to remain impartial.

I am not a fan of SF or Mary Lou but Brian Dobson was disgraceful in that interview . He kept interrupting her asking questions then not allowing her answer . I actually think she could well have gained votes from it as people saw through the tactics shown

I have to say if the argument against SF is what the IRA done then the opposition really is scraping the barrel (que the "at least its not the barrel of a gun" quips)

    .

They’ll be the Greens, but on speed, when it comes to taxation - someone earning 50k gross a year will be considered “rich” and will be taxed to oblivion - it’s the only way they can pay for all their stupid empty promises -

    Trainee nothing.

It was SF not IRA who chose to embrace these cold blooded murderers on their release from prison.

Im just someone who remembers the disgraceful conduct of SF in the not too distant past.

I believe the McCabe family have urged people not to vote SF in the recent past?

Real people hurting impacted by political games.

I'm as right wing as David Beckham but there is one thing that is for certain, I'm not getting my truly right wing government.

The economy will go to bust within a few years anyway no matter what party takes over. Even though socialism has a 100% fail rate, it usually has a decent period before everyone else's money is spent. I may as well enjoy the next few years before the next crash, as opposed to the misery under FG/FF of which the economy will crash anyway.

So my thoughts on SF in government is f**k it, we're gonna get screwed anyway. Whether it be from socialism or being sold out to the EU or the Greens.

Ha ha- scaremongering - I love it :D

I guess your SF election buddies told you to say that in their “how to attack non-believers on social media” training day - don’t stop believing ;)

There’s a shortage of hospital trollies so you’d be lucky to be on one.

Any truth in the rumour that SF have actually now topped the Ipsos MRBI poll and FG down now to 20% for the Irish Times at 25%

    First time ever.

Yes - the north is full of people hurting - Im sure you really care about those too. What? You didnt think about them because you havent heard them mentioned in a debate so then you couldnt use their names to think you are scoring cheap points? My my.

The south of ireland is also a place where people are suffering under our very own government. some have even died. catch a grip and spare me the fake caring.

    Apparently...
Sinn Féin has surged into first place in the general election race, with a quarter of all likely voters now saying they intend to vote for the party, according to the final Irish Times/Ipsos MRBI opinion poll of the campaign.

The poll puts Fine Gael back in third place at 20 per cent, behind Fianna Fáil on 23 per cent and Sinn Féin on 25 per cent.

Might we be in for our own Trump/Brexit moment?

SF have been talking sh1te for years- I can see that it’s not just the higher ranking members that have this gift.

    And you believe them?

Their (SF) last proposal was to tax anyone over 70k.

Realising that knocked out a few too many prospects, they upped it to 100k. But I'd say anyone near 70k is a target.

Also want to up CAT to 36% so anyone wanting their family to inherit their home in their death could be looking at this level of tax if they leave a home. Tax against anyone owning their own home.

SF's behaviour toward the Mc Cabe family was deplorable. But they have handled it in a dignified way. Their request is not to vote SF. I respect their decision, after all, this was a person murdered simply doing their job. It could have been any of us. But yet SF campaigned for the murderers without a shred of respect for the McCabe family.

They don't like it mentioned now as the truth hurts.

Nothing to do with cheap points - they supported and campaigned for murderers, why would you expect people to forget or excuse their conduct.
