Hi I need to get a wireless bridge installed between a house and a shed, who could I contact to do this? would an electrician be able to do it, or do I need someone specialised in this area?

    Thanks

Is this same garage/shed from your other thread. Might have mistaken that garage is at rear of property(adjacent)

    Cheaper options might be available.

    yes that's me !!!!

Garage is at the rear - slightly adjacent to the main dwelling...

i'd love to hear your cheaper options...…. I've tried TP Link and it won't work as I've two circuits feeding of 2 fuseboards in the house.

    any help is appreciated.

Two fuse boards, but still same meter isnt it? You should not interconnect network devices over Ethernet if two independent power mains(meters) feeding buildings.

    Providing you're on one meter....
If buildings adjacent, there has to be way that you could run Ethernet cable between.
At least if you could get it to attic above/near garage, you could have proper (Ubiquiti, Cisco) AP there and it could cover whole lot.

Installing WiFi bridge from youtube link (or similar) might not be cost efficient and you still would need to run Ethernet cables outside for each AP. Its designed for instances where Ethernet cable cannot be installed(runs over 100m, etc)
