Selling my DSG ares Amoeba Honeybadger. Bought this a while ago as a trigger response project! I have since built a different DSG gun so no need for this anymore.

    Gearbox Upgrades:
    Brand new Ares gearbox shell
    Gearbox radiused
    Ball bearings (7mm I think)
    Deans connector
    SHS high torque motor
SHS piston (AOE corrected, and unused teeth removed)
    SHS silent piston head
    SHS cylinder head
    SHS nozzle
SHS 18:1 gears and DSG gear

    Gun Upgrades:
    Extended battery compartment
    Ares barrel stabilizer
    Magpul Mbus flip up sights

Gun airseal is not perfect at the moment - shooting between 0.85J and 1J - new o-ring should sort this so it remains at 1J consistently. But gun is completely usable as is!

Quick change spring system - VERY handy!

Shooting 40rps on an 11.1V lipo - need a good magazine in order to feed at that speed, but I built the gun for semi auto trigger response, and needless to say trigger response it pretty sweet!

Gun comes with original box, battery extension, barrel stabilizer, 1 x midcap mag, and NO battery. *Will include a battery if asking price is met

Looking for EUR230, based in South Dublin.

Anyone who has built anything like this know that parts alone cost about EUR150/200

    Hey Buddy,

    Have you still got this?

Would you have any videos of this firing?

Are you certain thia just needs an o ring to finish it off?

    Sorry for the questions!

    How’s it going!
Yes I still have this, I actually opened it again and checked the air seal and it’s perfect. I think the sector gear could be slipping off the piston which is what the issue is (piston issue)
I have a video of it firing yea, won’t attach as it is too big a file - DM me your email address and I will send it on.
    Any other questions fire away.

There has been no off thread dealing, there is no way for me to post a video on here because it is greater than 4mb. I am very aware of the rules. Thanks

That's not the impression your giving.

People may ask questions and make offers up to and including the asking price. All negotiations, photos, terms of delivery etc are made in public until such time as a deal is agreed and you need to exchange private details.
    The above are the rules

Not really ever up north, would only be around Dublin.
I completely understand wanting to see it in person as I would be the same

I will do 200 without the battery, it’s already extremely cheap!
I’m snowboarding at the moment but will be home Sunday afternoon (just in case you were planning on coming down Saturday!)
