Advice: Lightweight Seatpost rack for Ortelib/ similar pannier

    Has anyone any knowledge of a lightweight but trusty seatpost rack for a smallish Ortlieb (or similar quality) pannier for carrying my lunch/ bits/ waterproofs/ clothing.

    My aluminum commuter road bike has no eyelets which is why I have to go for a seatpost rack. Plus, I like the idea of the rack being removable when I don't need it.

    I was hoping to spend tops of €100 for everything - rack and pannier bag, plus any accessories - p-clips?
    I've seen the Tailfin - but I don't want to spend €250.

    Are all racks compatible with Ortlieb? I've never had panniers, I don't really know what to look out for.

    Lightweight is a priority, and pannier bag style.
