Restricting SIM to certain IP addresses

Is it possible to restrict a SIM so that when using data, it can only access a restricted list of IP addresses / domains?

On a per device level you can screw with DNS so they get limited resolution.

If you want to do it on a SIM level then you need an enterprise product like Vodafone offer, all SIMs are VPN'd back to an endpoint you specify and then egress through your network and its controls. You won't get this for 1 or 3 SIMs though, more like 100+.
