Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rotterdam Marathon Course Profile for Sub 3 hour attempt

    Hi all

I'm hoping some people can give some advice on the Rotterdam marathon which I will be taking part in in less than 8 weeks time.

I am training at the moment for a sub 3 time and overall training is going well. I am coming off a 3.07 time in Dublin which I felt good overall in.

For Dublin I did a negative split as I read in advance the first half was tougher.

I have heard that Rotterdam is very flat and I have seen online videos of the course but I am looking for advice from people who have done it in last few years.

Is it all flat or are there areas to watch out for?

Would people suggest even split times or a slight negative split?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Cheers
    Rufus
