    Note (in relation to your thread and the news title) that this is a ruling from the ECtHR, not the ECJ - it is not binding on the state, though it should be judicially noted.

    The RTE news article has the wrong court abbreviation and wrong picture associated with it. Probably not the first time a reputable media organisation has mixed up two completely separate legal institutions.
