    Good one.

You are the very definition of a supporter:
"a person who approves of and encourages a public figure, political party, policy, etc."

    Clap trap.

I approve of the deceleration of the return of the 8k

I know nothing of her or her political career to encourage or approve of apart from that.

I like how pascal dresses. Doesn't make me a FG supporter.

How much did she slow down the repayment by?

This thread was started on the 14th of Feb. Your first post in the thread was on the 14th.

For someone who claims to have no knowledge of the person and no allegiance to SF you sure are very very very interested in the opinion people have of Violet......

Hate to tell, human nature would dictate that nobody has this much interest unless they have some sort of personal connection.

In regards to Violet, if she joined any other party she wouldn't have even got past the interview state let alone run as a candidate. Even if she did run and get in with the current stories following her she would probably get booted, the thing is the rest of the party are fairly similar shower of undesirables bar 1-2 of them. So she is right at home.

You mentioned about the amazing work she had done and then back tracked ASAP because she has done nothing so far and from what I can gather nothing before she got the role. The problem for the people of Clare now is they potentially have her for 5 years and she will also do nothing for those 5 years,. She will get paid, she wont show up to Dail because if anything she has shown she is lazy. So they are left with a TD who has zero interest in anything but grabbing as much money as possible. You can cry on about the 8k but as I said it is a PR stunt, in two months time they will all rock in and claim it. One at a time so not to raise any questions.

Unfortunately in my area we have the same issue, some useless SF politician voted in and we have to deal with him next 5 years.

I did say it before and I wil say it again, anyone that defends someone like Violet Anne are actually worse themselves. People get away with this sort of carry on because they know the bleeding hearts will stand up for them. If SF was a proper party she would have never got in the door, but they are not

Most of the people replying in the thread have been in it from the start

    So what.

As I keep saying. What do you think I did? Joined boards 8 years ago posting non SF related topics so I could one day pop up in a thread as an under cover shinner bot?

Have you any idea how retarded that sounds?

    Apart from that

The only amazing "work" I referred to was the giving back the 8k. There was no "roll back"

As I said. I don't know anything about it. I'm not from Clare. I'm not a SF "fan" "supporter" I've no idea what work she's done or not done.

She slowed down her rent payments to once every 4 years.

People change, get new jobs etc....

It's off topic anyway so I will leave it now.....but dont think you are fooling anyone

P.S the word you used above is an awful word to use in any context. Maybe learn a bit of manners.....

What has that got to do with anything?

If I supported SF I'd tell you. They've people like EOB. I'd have no qualms in stating it. Excellent TD.

I don't see what benefit I'd get in a thread pretending not to be a SF fan.

In a home with two IT professionals. A mortgage etc

Trust me. There would be absolutely nothing for me in supporting them.

But you continue to be the one who can't be fooled.

Just as a matter of interest what's great about EOB?

He seems the definition of a pseudo academic bull**** artist champagne socialist!

Its declaration and you're soapboxing at this stage. She isnt St Violet just for signing a DECLARATION. She really isn't.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

We don’t have any proof that she actually submitted it. For all we know she took the picture, posted it on facebuke then shredded the declaration.

Why would a responsible mother choose to bring even more children into a rat infested home?

it was certainly not rat infested not before she lived in it anyway

She also signed a lease agreement saying she would pay her rent. Look how that declaration turned out.

    She's a proven welcher.
If she'd welch on a housing charity for 4 years, dragging them through the court and watching them collapse, what makes anyone think she'll do anything other than pocket this 8K.

Her "declaration" isn't worth the steam of my dogs turd on a frosty morning.

As I said, every FF/FG TD will cream themselves if she doesn't.

The expenses list for February is published and ALL the TDs appear to have submitted their claims. Based on attendance between 8th-29th February (15 working days if Mon-Fri), Violet has checked into the Dáil for 3 days. Apart from a few TDs who claimed less, the majority of TDs claimed the same figure for the area band they are located in. These expenses were paid on 27th February.

So, Violet has claimed the equivalent of 1106.56 to sign in to the Dáil each time. This puts her 3rd on the list of a hundred and thirty something TDs for highest sign in/expenses ratio. She’ll have her debt paid back in 4 months at this rate. Go Violet!

    Dispicable, but expected.

In fairness she isn’t the only one. But it shows she does have the means to pay back the debt.

I wonder if there are creditors of the charity who never got paid when the charity closed? I think she should be contacting the charity’s accountants as she is a debtor rather than her making statements that she’ll pay it to whomever she likes. If she pays it that is.

Was she entitled to the expenses claimed?

Did she do a FG and gets someone else to pretend she was there? or was she there?

If they were legitimate expenses I don't see what the problem is.

If she falsely claimed them, that's a big problem.

    Did she?

Not sure what company you work for.

In mine expenses claimed are not after tax profits.
