Sram CX1 rear mech set up

Hi I've never set up a rear mech with a roller bearing clutch before. Not sure as to which position the jockey wheels should be locked in when attaching the cable. Online videos suggest chain length is around chainring and largest cassette cog and add 4 links including the power lock. Any advice would be great thsnks
