Green mortgage rate discount for existing customer

    Hello,
    Is the 0.2% discount available for existing customer ?
    My 5 years fixed rate is coming to and end soon and my house’s BER is A3 so I was wondering if the 0.2% discount would be available to me as well?

    Thank you for your interest in the Green Mortgage discount.

    If you have an excising Mortgage with Bank of Ireland, unfortunately you will not be able to avail of this discount. The Green Mortgage is available for new customer only.

    You will be able to find for information about the Green Mortgage here and you can also find out how to request a new Mortgage rate here.
