Hi All,

Has anyone built a 175 sqm / 1883 sqft house using the 'Rebuilding Ireland Homeloan'?

If so, how much did it cost you? Bungalow, Dormer, One and half storey, two storey?

I understand costs are different throughout Ireland at present; as well as the building regulations changing / updating every few months, but any advice would be appreciated!

I have just submitted an application for the loan; and looking at all options (to buy or build); subject to approval.
