Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi there we are considering to buy a new house in this beautiful area- the agent told us that the house will be completed in few months. Did anyone experienced any delays, if yes how long was the delay? Thanks a mill

Hi there, we are thinking about buying a house in phase three here. Can I ask about your buying experience and if you're happy in the estate? Is there a lot of traffic noise? Any insights about the estate before we take the plunge would be really appreciated
