How to search on Netflix on Noa TV

    Hi All,

    I was trying to search for a move on Netflix for a neighbour this afternoon. Netflix is working fine for him & you can scroll down thru' the movies but it seems impossible to get up to the search button at the top right. I tried all buttons on the remote but just couldn't get it to search.

    Remote seems to become unresponsive occasionally in Netflix too. Anyone help?.

    Are you using a smart tv?

    On my tv ... I press left and can search through a search box there.

    Yep, its a new Smart TV. Pressing left doesn't seem to do anything. Will check again tomorrow night.

    I found an e-mail address for support & sent a mail. Got a reply very quickly & solution is to connect a mouse to the TV. Works a treat. Easier to select letters on screen keyboard with that as well. I would have thought though that this should all be covered on the remote.
