can a 3 phase supply feed, via a rcd, 3 socket circuits? the situation would be 3 socket circuits although they would share a common neutral

From a technical perspective it would work however a single phase RCBO per circuit would be preferable. I can’t think of anything in the rules that would disallow this off the top of my head. It would be worth checking though.
