Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Eir cancel charges?

    I stupidly signed to an eir contract which I'm not happy with (my fault). I can't get a straight answer online but was just wondering if anybody would have a rough idea how much it would cost me to cancel 5 months into a 12 month contract.

    I'd be guessing that you would have to pay up the remainder of your contract, but what you are looking for is the Early Cease Charge (ECC). Eir are a headache to deal with.

    You would have to go to https://www.eir.ie/termsandconditions/ and find the terms and conditions for the contract you are on to find what the early cease charge is.
