Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Possibly wrong place for this thread, please move to a more appropriate place if necessary.

How do you go about adding a name to your house? Is it as simple as sticking a name up? I see names up on the land registry. Is there a more official way to do it?

Is it a house in an estate that would traditionally have a number or a one off property that would usually be defined by a house name?

Nothing stopping you sticking any name on the front of your property for vanity/postal purposes.

It's in estate with numbers, but several houses in estate have names and then numbers on Land Registry website.

    Purely for vanity purposes!
