I think the word deflected is quite specific.

If it was rebounded, then I'd be of the opinion that Isla was the vig.

But deflected... nah.

Could be random deflection, or pushed it off onto one of the minions?

Deflected could mean it just hit someone else, not necessarily the vig?
I suppose only the vig will know that. IF, IF the vig is still alive then it makes sense that they now know who Yoda is which is powerful
