Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You'll need to return it when changing provider. There's a few options, including Parcel Motel. And then you'll need to chase Eir as they'll charge you for not returning it.

How would they charge you if you cancel the direct debit?

Ya don't know if they provide you with a label? I presume you have to include a note in with the equipment you are returning with account number etc

Once they have reluctantly accepted that you have cancelled they will send you a label - a courier picked it up very efficiently in my case.

I cancelled some months ago, and they sent an email with link to a label I had to have printed to use.

In that communication they requested a router be returned that I did not posses. The router make/model was printed on the label.

After a long time trying to contact them I sent a registered letter about it - to which I received no reply.

I have since received several bills showing the €60 charge for the router. (I was on bill pay not DD)
    Still no other communication.

Maybe I should send them an invoice for the storage cost while they make up their minds :D
