Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Eir Broadband setup failure - Help...

    So I ordered Eir BB in the shop last week. All good happy with offers and price. Everything seemed to be going well, got a text saying installation date, took day off etc.

    Now here we are on the day, my sky BB service is dead, installation has not happened and been on hold for about 3 hrs between 10 depts at this stage.

    Seems eir uses lots of other companies and at this time everyone is blaming everyone else.

    Any advice, need to get this sorted ASAP.
