Lunch restaurant with lots of restrictions

    So I find myself struggling to book a nice lunch and would welcome suggestions because it's a bit of a tricky crowd. Among us we have:

    - Dairy free
    - vegan
    - gluten free who can't have anything spicy or derived from the pepper family (not even cross contamination)

    Looking for Dublin city centre. A lot of places have more choice for dinner but there seems to be a fair bit of table d'hote and someone would be left without any options.

    Would really appreciate any ideas!!
