Long Term Illness

Hi i have been out of work for the past month due to illness. I expect to be out for another 2 months. I have provided weekly certs to my job stating i have a medical illness but they want to know exactly what the illness is but i dont feel comfortable telling them. do i have to tell them?? thanks
