Why "imagine" what happened when there's proof and evidence?

He hired investigators to find whatever they could on the journalist (because she was investigating him for an article as per her job). He then went to her house, at night, shouting for her to come out and even shouting that her husband was a paedophile (something he admitted in court was based on a comment from one of his investigators but there was no proof of and he shouldn't have trusted it), threatened to keep coming back every night until she came out to meet him.

She's not a "supposed journalist", she's a journalist. He wasn't trying to question her in his "confrontational style", he was being threatening. Robinson was able to give his side of the story. He was questioned. The reason he's not able to talk publicly about the judgement or Dearden is because his dumbass followers would do dumbass things like start threatening her on his behalf, because all he has to do is point and his dumbass followers will take up the cause. Because they're dumbasses.

Nobody needs to imagine what happened. It's very, very clear what happened, based on things like proof, evidence, witnesses, reality, past behaviour, testimony etc.

I have no problem with a company charging for services. I don't thinks those charges are as high as you think. And charges could (and should) be reduced by allowing people to invest the money themselves without the protectionism currently in place.

But I do know that my PRSI is going to be terrible value for me, and not provide me with a pension even remotely close to the money I am putting in. and with all the political parties trying to out-left each other and keep the pension age low for now (yet constantly increasing the amount being paid out) means that there will be even less for me and my generation by the time I am retiring.
