It's great that our right wing nuts join us to post here. They get to show themselves out for the complete gobsh1tes that they are. Most Irish people are just too politically cute to fall for their retarded waffle. Gives normal people of all persuasions the chance to point and laugh at the complete wuck fits.

    Far right my arse.

Second you point out hundreds or millions died under communism/socialism or the Nazi's name of political party was the National Socialist German Workers' Party (facts) all the People before profit loola's on here (seems like 90% to be honest) jump on you here with lighting speed, they haven't even the gumption to ask the question who runs their parties which amazes me, OK it's hard to know to be honest they change their name like you change underwater pbp, solidarity, socialist workers party, solidarity alliance, rise etc etc etc. Well it's millionaires like Kieran Allen behind all this nonsense.
    How every socialist eh!.

Second you are even slightly questioning of the left nonsense they start bleeting racist like sheep.

If anything this whole forum is like a socialist circle jerk.

    indeed,

i wish i was an internet hard man like you Goose x

Far from it. There's a whole generation however, who feel quite free to let it all hang out online. Let's hope they don't come a cropper someday.

People with extreme political opinions tend to be extreme people with extremely unhappy lives, so they generate a lot of noise. I think most people can see what they are trying to do though; it’s incredibly transparent. That’s the other thing, they tend to be as thick as pigshït.

And reasonable people who do not have such extreme unhappiness often just cba to take the time to argue with the idiots.

They might also bear in mind the following:

Kasturba Gandhi died aged 74 in the Aga Khan palace in Maharashtra. Gandhi was racist towards African blacks, though.

Nope. Boards is a place for sensible rational discussions. It is one of the few places in this liberal dictatorship that people with centerist or slightly right of center views (think UK conservative party or US Mainstream Republican party) can express their opinions without fear of being branded "WORSE THAN HITLER" by the Liberal junta who dominate the regular airwaves and media.

Shame about the surfeit of straw though.

I always would have thought Boards are firm left of centre.

Yes, lad. I'm referring to the chap's completely disproportionate, spittle-flecked response to my use of a generally-understood slang term.

Lol you’re declaring voters of a party “thick high-eared Travellers” or something and you don’t think that comes across as spittle flecked or disproportionate no?

"Buck-toothed, jug-eared pavees" was the phrase I used, and I did and do consider it quite appropriate. :D

You didn't take long to contradict yourself.

And you took even less time to provide evidence of Liberal censorship.

As was the sainted Che Guevara, not a fan of blacks at all.
The other Saint Fidel Castro rounded up homosexuals and sent them to prison and re education camps.

Far right maniacs both of them.

It all depends what you mean by "far right". Can you give some examples?

I would argue that the extreme antisocial individualism of travellers (and their so-called "rights" to behave thus) and the erosion of national identity through the trans-global movement of people as economically efficient units are both classic right wing phenomena.

Travellers would be Far Right. Fellow travellers of the Far Right who infest Boards.

boards.ie is like any other social media platform - exploitable by those looking to exploit.

Since Trump values were elevated from the gutter to the White House boards.ie has been "infested" by the right wing. Both those who hitherto had keep their council, before becoming emboldened and a rash of new sign ups who were often so obviously troll-farm types they often got zapped pretty quickly (many re-regged a number of times no doubt).

No doubt word spreads among the like minded so they all pile in to give us the benefit of their bilous world view.

+1 on this. I find it remarkable that in the exit poll after the general election just 1% of voters said immigration was an issue for them and they voted accordingly.

Thats the reality out there, only 1 in every 100 are bothered about it. But reading Boards you would think it is a lot more. Its a case of empty vessels making the most noise methinks.

Gateway to the far right? No, just a place where a few industrious reregs come to spew the bile they have soaked up in dark corners of the net.

The crap they spew usually comes out like:
    • I'm not racist but...
    • I wouldn't vote for Trump but...
    • I don't like Stephen Yaxley Lennon but...
    • I have no problem with Muslims but...

    etc etc

    Misgendering trans people - bannable
A thread thats basically a loveletter and aplologism for antifa violence by one poster has remained open while every thread crotical of travellers os closed.

The worst you get on boards is ‘we want less migrants ‘i want lower taxes’ ‘social housing has problems’

There might be a to e of right here on boards, but its nowhere near far right. Meanwhile wholseale criticism of christians, white people, men, the rich, the finance industry etc.. is perfectly ok.

So if anyone has any critique of Muslims or agree with Donald trump in any way they are automatically right wing??

I personally think people get a little lost in the whole left and right ideologies and pedal ideas they either do not agree with or doesn't align with their own morals just for the sake or being either staunchly left or right. If we only used our heads a bit more and looked at things with a logical point of view I think we would get a lot further that the thoroughly substance-less arguments about left/right that are commonplace on boards.
