Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is the installation manual in case you don’t have it already.

Thanks, I have that, I cant really understand why it's only opening when you turn the handle up.
Is it fair to say this shouldn't be the case? Can you see from the manual why that might be?

Sorry if this is a dumb Q but I just cant understand it.

Not clear, to me, from the guide how to set the orientation of the handles.
Have you tried removing the bolt (latch) and turning it upside down?
Check as per page 4 that the angle on the latch faces the door jamb.
You could also send an email to the support address.

Page 8 of the manual. Lever must be wrong way around, ie pointing wrong way.
    Just flip it

Yeah, got handles the right way around now, thanks.

The other issue now is that the bolt doesn't totally spring out.
So when I release the leaver, the bolt only comes out half way, I kind of have to jiggle it to get it out the full way.
Any ideas how to fix? The bolt the the bolt guard are the one piece so it's not running.
