Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What are these 2 wires hanging from the corner of my ceiling for?

    Hi all, does anyone know what are these 2 wires hanging from the corner of my ceiling are for?

    I’m guessing they are for a movement sensor for a burglar alarm but I’m not sure.

    Yeah your bang on. You could push up most of the slack on them to clean them up

    Possibly for surround sound speakers either if in sitting room. Check around the tv points (or behind a blank plate) for similar unconnected wire.

    Those are definitely not speaker cables.
