    Hi,
Just a question, I am about to receive a loan letter of offer for my mortgage with BOI which I am aware will last for 6 months and can be extended for other 6 months. Just wandering, if I need to extend it for further 6 months which documents will be required to confirm that my situation hasn't changed? Also do the 6 months start from the date on the letter or from when I willsign and send it back to BOI?
    Thank you

    Hi Feder,

Thanks for the message here today on Boards.ie.

This timeframe can generally be extended without difficulty if your circumstances haven't changed, however, as each Mortgage application application and extension would be assessed on a case by case basis, the requirements may differ.

In this instance, it would be best to link in with one of our Mortgage Specialists on 01 611 3333. Rest assured one of our colleagues will be happy to go through this process in more details with you.

Please don't hesitate to get back in touch if we can help any further.

    Thanks,
    Richard
