Just had a quick look there. This is only the 2nd league game this season he is not involved in. He didn't start the loss to Norwich but still played 33 mins. He came off the bench in the league cup final for 32 mins. Stayed on the bench for 3 cup games which were effectively dead rubbers.

Last season was injury hit and he came off the bench nearly every league game he started on the bench, including a 1 minute against Everton.

Going by that, I would think that if he is in the 18 man squad against Arsenal, he will play some part.
