    Hi
    Myself and the wife are thinking of buying a house in donegal.
    What we found is a house built to hollow core level. The house is a dormer of 2700 square foot. It was built this far in approx 2009.
    My question is how much would it cost to finish the house to a basic but decent standard?
    And where would the most money be likely to be spent?
