    Hello,

Recently I have been noticing a voice delay or lag for incoming calls. It's a mobile on the Three network. It's gotten worse day but a delay of 2/3 seconds.

It only seems to be effecting incoming calls as with outgoing calls there is no delay.

I have contacted Three about this but got the usual restart your phone response.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Thats a network issue on their side....any agent telling you to restart your phone hasnt a clue. Nothing in your phone is causing this.

Is it in a particular area or everywhere? Could be a mast issue if only at home for instance. Either way as posted above its definitely an issue on their side. Keep calling until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
