    36p per litre yesterday in Derry.
    Sorry should be 38p.

    Remember, NI does not have carbon tax and vat on home heat is 5%

    So that 38p equates to 52c in terms of south of the border.

    I'd expect many places to be at 52c in the coming week.

    When you apply the different taxes, that would equate to 45c a litre here and that price should be seen in some places this week.

    Oil prices keep falling, we may be sub €400 for 1000l soon. Wasn't too long ago that was the price of 500l.

    But the flip side is this shows the economic problems coming, so not really good news

    Everything has a flip side stg at 93p to the € good if you are buying but bad for our exports.

    Not necessarily Euro is weak too just sterling has got incredible weak euro dropped against the dollar considerably
