Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lots of sporting events being cancelled, suspend contract?

With nearly all subscription sports being cancelled or suspended, how are TV subscribers protected from suspending or cancelling their high priced subs now pay TV broadcasters are offering barely nothing? Breach of contract? Interesting I think. This is why 30 day contracts like now TV are the best

Yes. They tell you that will happen. It’s just a payment holiday until sports comes back (whenever that is).

Kinda makes the decision not to just give this payment holiday to all customers a bit ridiculous though. They make you ask for it (which until you could do it online was nearly impossible unless you sat on the phone for over an hour, if they were even taking calls at the point). Would have given their own call centre staff (who were being inundated) a bit of a break.

The best or worse bit is they HAD to work from call centre, as sky too slow off the mark and not which laptop's for them to buy to facilitate working from home
