Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

All Blacknight staff are working from home today: you won't notice a thing

    As you may know, the majority of Blacknight's staff work at our head office in Carlow. However many of them work remotely, at least some of the time.

    We're fortunate that the nature of our work suits this. In fact, our products and services help to make online working work for everyone.

    Even before yesterday's government announcement, we had already planned to have a business continuity test today. All of our staff are working from their homes today.

    Some points of interest:

    1) It's business as usual at Blacknight. If you deal with us today you won't notice the difference. (And yes, even "turning it off and on again" can be done remotely ;) )

    2) We've got a lot of experience in remote working. It can be quite an adjustment if you are doing it for the first time, so we asked one of our team for his Top Ten Tips!

    3) We're seeing an increase in demand on our network, with more people working and studying and streaming online. We expected this - and we are ready for it.
