    Hi There,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

If you are looking to make an online SEPA transfer on your 365 online account then there would be two limits in place depending on how the Payee was set up and activated. If the payee was activated by receiving the One Time Activation Code by SMS, the transfer limit would be €10,000.00. If the payee was activated by an One Time Activation Code sent by post, then the amount would increase to a maximum transfer of €20,000.00.

If you are looking to make a payment with your Visa Debit Card at a card terminal in a shop, there should be no issue with making the payment so long as you have clear and available funds in your account. When making a transaction with your card, please note our Card Security Team may get in touch with you by SMS/Email asking for you to confirm if you have made the transaction or not. You will just need to reply to the message and the transaction should continue as normal.

You can certainly pop in to any of our Cash Service Branches with photo ID to make a transfer if it exceeds the 365 online limit. You will just need to bring along the beneficiaries BIC/IBAN. I have attached a link here to our branch locator, you can use this to find a Cash Service Branch convenient to you.

    I hope this information helps.

    Thanks, Aisling.
