Moto e 4 cannot access internal storage or delete apps

    Hi, hoping to get some advice here.

    My wife's phone is a Moto e4, and she's having problems with it.

    Firstly, she cannot access internal storage to see which apps are bloating the memory, and to clear cached data and so on, so the storage just keeps increasing. It just says 'computing' but never stops computing and neveractually arrives at numbers for the storage.

    Secondly, she'd like to delete a couple of apps, but when she tries to either drag them to the 'uninstall' bin, or goes through google play store and tries to uninstall them that way, the uninstall process just never ends, and the phone eventually dies/restarts suddenly, with the apps still there.

    Anybody had this issue before, know what's wrong, or know how to resolve it?
