    When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

    Based on the current situation I really think BoI should seriously reconsider contactless limits even if only in the short term. The WHO have recommended contactless as a possible way to reduce risk of spread of coronavirus through cash but this low limit means multitudes of people using pin which kinda defeats the purpose.

    Limited by your balance. You'll have to put in the pin number at some stage though. This is necessary to stop a thief having a field day with your card indefinitely
