No I don't think so unfortunately. I think the only way to force a villager out is through Amiibo. Open to correction though.

Lief is on my island today. He has roses and cosmos for sale and a holly bush and two azalea bushes.

Nooks Cranny has Wind flowers, Hyacinth, tulips and cedar saplings. Oh and turnips are 104 bells.

Can open up the gates if anyone wants anything just gimme a shout.
