Always have bedroom window open even in depths of Winter.

edit, reading the CEO PIETA house yearly Salary thread

Do you find an even analytic response to a thread question on Boards.ie generates less likes than those replies that include a put down or derogatory response to the OP?

No, I'm a bit of a luddite in that regard and I just have an aversion to it..I thought the universe would engineer it that I'd meet someone..It didn't though..

Is it not kind of weird just messaging random women on the internet?..

Would you force yourself to eat something you found disgusting so as not offend your host?

Chocolate Rice Krispy bun at a kids party . I was about 11. Half through eating, they were a bit stale, I was told there were stored behind a door on the ground. The house was a bit grimey.
I was in casualty bent in two with a phantom belly pain later that night.

    You?

    No I have not.

If The Gardai raided a place and found this going on would they prosecute the hairdresser or the client ?

Nope. I'm the Covid19 designated hairdresser in my house though so I've shaved and cut some hair.

Is the skin the nicest part of the chicken?

Lot of people on YouTube making big money out of it so I'll say yes.

What can you eat the most of in one sitting without feeling ill?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭Upforthematch

Probably some dairy/carb combo like cereal!

Have you ever mastered two areas? What are they? E.g. become a carpenter and then masterchief!

Mmm, I'm a pretty decent special needs teacher and I speak three languages and can read another

Do you agree one needs 10,000 hours to master a pursuit.

    Cool!

So Roughly 400 days non stop to master something, yeah sounds about right.

Other than sleeping, can you think of something you have spent 400 days doing?

  • Registered Users Posts: 292 ✭✭Hippykitten

Definitely walking (probably talking years here!)

How quick would it take you to change a puncture?

    Good question, dunno actually

    Maybe work?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭Upforthematch

Change a punchure - somewhat less than 400 days :)

TBH - Anytime I've had a flat I've used the tyre inflator and brought it to someone who knew what they were doing.

What type of 'Latin-style' music appeals most to you - salsa / tango / bossa nova!

  • Registered Users Posts: 292 ✭✭Hippykitten

Love Latin music and watching people dance to it - samba is a fun dance.

How much would you have to be paid to dance the rumba on TV?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭Upforthematch

It would be pay per view (and no refunds after either). Cool 30k would do nicely.

Have you braved a joe wicks 9am workout? :D

    God no..

Is it cynical of me to think it's absolutely ridiculous that he's written 9 books already?..

  • Registered Users Posts: 292 ✭✭Hippykitten

Only time I came upon Joe was when he was on Sky with his wife a few days ago
    9 books!
