I use that La Roche la possay so I guess it’s a two in one. It is for me anyhow.

Its loofah I think and yes great for exfoliation.

Yes I’m of the frame of mind that there are no bad days only challenges for us to overcome

I'm a glass half full gal but it doesn't always come naturally and I have to consciously force myself to see things in a better light.

Some people are weirded out by feet or elbows. Is there any body part that freaks you out?

No I don’t think so I think I can take all parts as they are without feeling weirded out.

No I don’t think so. When they don’t pop into my head straight away I think safe to say no. Good question what about you?

I used to be, rank in family and in sport and life. Now not so much I always had the drift along attitude In the background.

I don't drink coffee but use white sugar in general
