Yea I think both can have an effect. Saw chilli peppers in slane fantastic, again in Phoenix park not as good.

Probably about 5. Its a bit dusty and there is a bird poop on the bonnet. Normally I would be getting it done but there are water shortages so will be a conscientious citizen.
