Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I don't mean to sound cold, but I can't think of any.I enjoy the laughs and wit and at times criticism from the posters here.

And on a side note sorry but I'm always slow on these threads.

Anyways thats a very good question so I will pass it on to the next poster.

It is a good question. Who could I relate to? I think I could relate, at least in some way to most people. There's a few select boardsies I would avoid at all costs but most others I think I'd have no trouble finding some common ground with. I like to find the things that connect us and ignore the things that divide us unless they're just too big to be ignored but that's pretty rare I'd imagine.

Like I'd have no problem relating to Seph ^ for example. Just chat about cats and avoid talking about Lyons tea! ;)

Is there many boardsies you couldn't stand to be in a room with?

No no one up, nothing happening. I'm lying on my bed, duvet thrown off, uncomfortably warm. I'm going to TRY to sleep.

Will you think of a good question for me while I sleep?

    That's a 6 marker :D

If sleep was not a physical human requirement but optional would you sleep at all or sleep more or sleep less? Goodnight

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,633 ✭✭✭✭Widdershins

If you could choose instant sleep and set the duration Id cboose about 6 hours a night, starting at midnight in summer.

If someone hurt your feelings but immediately regretted it and apologised from the heart would you forgive them or are you a "you are dead to me" kind of person?

Depends on what they did. I think everyone has a line.

Are people a lot softer these days or is just me who thinks so?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,105 ✭✭✭Trigger Happy

Yes, they are, no doubt. Its like some people nowadays need to be perpetually offended and baulk at the slightest obstacles in their lives. The threshold for hardship was undoubtedly higher in the past.
