Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Last Saturday, with no football, the social media guys at my beloved Orient played our away game on Fifa 20 and tweeted the entire game as if it was a normal match day (Lost 1-0, nothing changes :))

Now the O's have taken it a step further and started a 128 knock out competition with clubs from around the world getting involved. Cork City have signed up from here. Rules are the clubs need to nominate someone to play, it can be a player,(so Anders Townsand is playing for Palace) a fan, whoever.

Funds are being raised for various charities as a result. See the O's twitter feed for more details or see below.

Loads of teams pulled out because the Sun own Dream Team logo.

They removed that logo/sponsor after clubs started pulling out, thankfully.

Full draw is here, Irish clubs below:

Central Coast Mariners v Shamrock Rovers
    Cork City v Ross County
    Burton Albion v Sligo Rovers
    Oldham Athletic v Finn Harps
    Waterford v Angers SCO
    Derry City v QPR
    Portsmouth v Dundalk

Daire O'Connor will be playing for City. Not sure if the other Irish clubs will use a player or a fan for their teams.

    Awkward for you.

    They removed the logo...

No more awkward then lets say supporting a club sponsored by Standard Chartered

No more awkward then walking around with Standard Chartered on my front. Now that is seriously embarrassing given what they've been convicted of.
