What scenic routes are there around the southeast? I'm from Waterford so I've done the coast road and comeragh spins a few times, just looking to change it up and go somewhere different.

Cross the ferry at Dunmore East to Ballyhack then head to Hook Head via Duncannon and stop in Fethard for a bag of chips. Head north on the New Line to Wexford or back to New Ross via Campile and home over the new bridge.

Dungarvan to Tramore via the coast road (Copper Coast).

Oops, I've just seen you have mentioned that route.

Mountmelleray, the Nire Valley drive are not too far from the Vee mentioned above.

The ferry is in passage east but Dunmore to Hook Head is a scenic spin. Heading out the peninsula of Hook is nice, with the sea on both sides but that part of the spin is dead straight, the roads up to then are a nice spin though.

Yeah, the Vee is a must! Clonmel - Ardfinnan - Clogheen - The Vee - Lismore/Mount Mellory - Cappoquin for a bla and a bowl of soup in the bakery.

The whatya-macall-em falls in the Comeraghs - not Angel Falls... [edit: Mahon Falls]
Maybe too far west for you:
Yougal - Tallow - Lismore is okay.
Youghal - Clashmore - Ballymacarbery - Nire Valley Scenic drive - Clonmel

Take a look at a Michelin map or ViaMichelin.com. Scenic routes outlined in green.

Youghal to Cappaquinn on the road past Glendine church is a nice spin. Also if you turn off for Carrig on Suir after Youghal and either head for Clashmore and on to Clonmel or instead head towards Ardmore and on towards Ring and Dungarvan is also a nice spin.
