Hi, I've tried calling my bank, but I can't get through, so I thought I would ask my question here.

Last month, I cleared and cancelled my credit card. Due to coronavirus, and travel cancellations, I might be getting a refund for bookings, which will be going back on the card I used for bookings, but this card has been cancelled. Anyone been in this position before? What happens and how do I get my refund?
