I thought this was worth a new thread ...

    Effective today:
    - Three have removed the 60 GB fair use cap with AYCE data.
    - Three have also removed the hotspot restriction.

Neither were ever really enforced but it is now reassuring that it is lifted.

Three still apply a 750 GB limit (charges thereafter) to their mobile broadband plans.

For some people Three PAYG AYCE 20 EUR plan and putting a sim on a router is the cheapest way to home broadband if the coverage allows.

Hopefully other providers follow suit virgin went from 40-80gb this month ,

I have found in the past 7 days the speeds have gone through the floor. I used to get a solid ~25/40 DL/UL, 4G. Struggling to get ~3Mbps down this week...

To be expected. Everyone is now at home most of the day.

Yeah, I've been wondering if it is due to that but not so sure; I've never seen it this slow and unstable, even at weekends/holidays. It's been like this since last week's outage, could it be related?
