    Hey

Looking for some book or video reocmendatuons for dog training, we have a very excitable pup coming up on a year old. Just need to calm him a bit, help him stop jumping up too much and be a little easier on walks etc

Have a look at AniEd, they are running an enrichment guide on Facebook and through their website, it’s free and very useful to get both the human and pup into training via play & enrichment. It’ll also give you a good intro and taste of current training methods as opposed to the older force & punitive methods.

We’ve a super energetic Pom x that’s missing out on her biweekly agility sessions so we practice a lot using the techniques I’ve learned from them.

Fenzi have tons of courses but they run on a 6 week schedule/term and the classes are rotated in different terms - the next term is April 1st. You can sign up for different levels bronze/silver/gold based on how much you want to participate but there's usually a FB group so even if you take it at bronze you can still upload videos and post questions on FB. I've taken one at gold and it was quite time consuming recording and editing the videos down but worth it to have 1:1 attention as it was for rehabbing an injury Bailey had at the time.
